Becca Ashton (she/her) is an accomplished actress based in SLC, UT, known for her versatility and captivating performances. She trained at Utah Valley University, where she obtained a BFA in Acting. Becca's expertise lies in the realm of stage acting, encompassing both contemporary and classical theater, with a particular passion for the works of Shakespeare.
Her ability to breathe life into iconic characters has earned her acclaim, with notable credits including her portrayal of Jo March in Little Women (Hale Center Theater Orem) and Anne Bonny in Treasure Island (Hale Centre Theatre). Other favorite productions include, Bright Star, Addams Family, and The Odd Couple.
Becca's artistic range extends beyond traditional theater, as she is a co-founder of Klouns Theatre Company, where she explores the realms of clowning, devised theater, and immersive experiences. Her commitment to her craft and her dedication to pushing boundaries make her a captivating force on stage, always ready to transport audiences into new and exciting worlds.
In her free time, Becca finds immense joy in nurturing and supporting fellow artists in honing their craft. She wholeheartedly embraces the role of a mentor and her passion for coaching shines through as she helps individuals prepare for auditions and callbacks. Becca strives to create a safe space for exploration and growth, empowering others to unlock their full artistic potential and bring out their best performances. She also thrives in the collaborative process, eagerly engaging with fellow artists to bring new works to life.
